General

What is ArcFlo?

ArcFlo is a creator workflow command centre. It helps you plan, organise, track, and schedule content using cards, Library, Workflow, and Calendar, with support for creators working across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Who is ArcFlo for?

ArcFlo is built for creators planning videos, shorts, posts, and series. It is useful for YouTubers, short-form creators, solo creators, and anyone who wants one clean place to manage content from idea to published.

What platforms does ArcFlo support?

ArcFlo supports YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram for manual planning and scheduling. Arc adds connected insights for YouTube; connected TikTok and Instagram analytics are planned for later updates, subject to platform API access.

Arc

What does Arc add?

Arc is the connected optimisation layer. It can connect YouTube insights to your cards, categories, schedules, and performance history, then surface clearer Arc Signals inside the workflow.

Limited Flo can use that context to help improve existing card fields like title, description, thumbnail prompt, and angle. The idea is simple: Arc reads the workflow and linked history, Arc surfaces the signal, and Flo helps you act on it.

What changed in the latest polish release?

The latest polish release improves public website storytelling, responsive layouts, mobile workspace usability, Arc Signal clarity, Calendar guidance wording, and the context Limited Flo can use when suggesting improvements.

Is Limited Flo the full Flo assistant?

No. Limited Flo is the Edit Card optimisation assistant available inside Arc. She helps improve existing fields such as title, description, thumbnail prompt, and angle. The full Flo creative layer - broader creation, deeper workspace help, scripts, images, and larger assistant workflows - is planned later.

Is ArcFlo only for YouTube creators?

No. ArcFlo still supports TikTok and Instagram planning and scheduling. The connected analytics layer is focused on YouTube for now.

Arc Signals And Optimisation

What is Arc?

Arc is ArcFlo's optimisation layer. It adds connected YouTube insights, Linked Analytics, Calendar timing guidance, bulk workflow tools, and evidence-led Arc Signals that help you understand what your own synced history suggests.

What is an Arc Signal?

An Arc Signal is a practical, evidence-led note from ArcFlo. It looks at the card you are working on, available linked YouTube history, category or format patterns, and scheduling context where available. The goal is to suggest one useful next focus - or confirm when a card is already strong enough to move forward. Arc Signals are guidance, not guarantees.

Does ArcFlo know the YouTube algorithm?

No. ArcFlo does not claim to know or reverse-engineer the YouTube algorithm. Arc uses your own synced YouTube history and public recommendation-aware principles to give careful guidance. Signals are framed as patterns and planning guidance, not guarantees.

What data does Arc use for optimisation?

Arc can use the current card, category, format, schedule, linked YouTube performance, upload history, and published or synced content where available. If there is not enough data, Arc should say so and treat the signal as early or unavailable rather than inventing certainty.

How does Calendar timing guidance work?

When YouTube history is available, Arc can show timing signals based on your synced upload history. These are planning guides, not fixed rules or guaranteed best times. TikTok and Instagram remain manual planning platforms, so Arc does not claim connected timing analytics for those platforms yet.

YouTube Connection And Analytics

What happens when I connect YouTube?

ArcFlo can sync supported YouTube performance data for your account. Published YouTube videos can appear as published cards, analytics can link to cards, and those insights can support Analytics, Linked Analytics, Arc Signals, and Limited Flo suggestions.

Does ArcFlo upload or change my YouTube videos?

No. ArcFlo reads and syncs supported YouTube data for insights. It does not upload, edit, publish, delete, or modify your YouTube videos.

What happens when I disconnect YouTube?

ArcFlo removes local synced YouTube analytics and connection data. ArcFlo-created imported YouTube cards can be removed, user-created cards are preserved, and nothing is deleted from YouTube itself.

Why do some cards show Linked Analytics?

Cards that are imported from synced YouTube content, or safely linked to synced YouTube content, can show Linked Analytics inside Edit Card. This gives a performance snapshot and context for optimisation.

What does Recent vs Lifetime mean in Analytics?

Recent focuses on the latest synced performance window. Lifetime shows the synced YouTube content currently stored in ArcFlo. It should be read as ArcFlo's synced view, not a promise that every historical YouTube account metric is available.

Cards, Library, Workflow, And Calendar

What is a card?

A card is one content item or concept. It can include title, angle, description, script notes, production notes, thumbnail prompt, thumbnail image, platforms, workflow stage, schedule, and additional notes.

What is Angle?

Angle is the creative direction for making the content. It can capture the viewer question, tension, point of view, or reason the viewer should care. It is separate from the title and description.

What are workflow stages?

Workflow stages show where a piece of content is in production.

ArcFlo uses: Idea, Plan, Film, Edit, Post. The Idea stage is a workflow status and is separate from the card Angle field.

Can one card be scheduled for multiple platforms?

Yes. One card can target YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and each platform can have its own schedule.

How does bulk scheduling work?

In Library, select multiple eligible cards, open bulk scheduling, choose a platform, start time, and cadence, then review the preview before applying. Existing schedules are skipped by default unless you explicitly choose to overwrite them.

What does Calendar show?

Calendar shows scheduled platform posts. You can view schedules by All, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. Platform-specific views are clearer for moving individual schedules because the All view can contain mixed platform items.

Limited Flo

What is Limited Flo?

Limited Flo is the Edit Card assistant for improving existing card fields. She can help optimise a card's title, description, thumbnail prompt, and angle while staying inside the current card and using available Arc context.

What can Limited Flo do?

Limited Flo can suggest title improvements, description improvements, thumbnail prompt refinements, and angle improvements. She can use available card context, platform, format, Arc Signal, linked analytics, category patterns, upload history, and scheduling context where relevant.

How does Limited Flo use my card context?

Limited Flo works inside Edit Card. Before suggesting improvements, she can use the current card, Arc Signal, linked analytics, category and format patterns, upload history, schedule context, and safe factual checks where available. That helps her suggest improvements that fit the content you are actually making, rather than giving generic AI output. You still choose what to apply and save.

What can Limited Flo not do yet?

Limited Flo does not create full content plans, write full scripts, generate thumbnail images, create cards or categories, take broad workspace actions, or post directly to platforms.

Does Flo automatically change my card?

No. Flo suggestions are manual. You choose what to apply, then save the card for the change to persist.

Why do Flo suggestions vary?

Flo uses the current card, selected platform, format, Arc Signal, and available linked insights. Title suggestions may follow different packaging routes, descriptions may preserve context instead of simply shortening, and thumbnail prompts should respect the card format.

Does Limited Flo use web research?

Limited Flo is designed to use the current card and available ArcFlo context first. Some controlled research support may be used for factual or contextual topics where enabled, but full research workflows are planned for later Flo features.

TikTok And Instagram

Does ArcFlo connect to TikTok or Instagram analytics?

Not yet. TikTok and Instagram are available for manual planning and scheduling. Connected analytics for those platforms are planned for later updates, subject to API access.

Can I schedule TikTok and Instagram content?

ArcFlo supports internal planning and scheduling views for TikTok and Instagram. It helps you organise when content should go out, but it does not directly post to those platforms.

Account, Data, And Privacy

Is my content saved?

Yes. Your cards, categories, schedules, selected platforms, and related workspace data are saved to your account so your workspace can load across sessions.

Is my YouTube data deleted when I disconnect?

ArcFlo removes local synced YouTube data and connection records when you disconnect. Your YouTube account and YouTube videos are not changed.

Can advertisers access my data?

See the Privacy Policy for details on how ArcFlo handles data. ArcFlo's current product focus is creator workflow, connected YouTube insights, and account support.

Where do I manage my profile?

Use the Profile menu in the top-right of the public website, or open Account inside the app. Profile and Account surfaces cover identity, email, support, and account actions.

Does ArcFlo log me out if I'm inactive?

No. ArcFlo is designed to be left open while you plan, film, edit, or schedule content. Your normal secure browser/session rules still apply, but ArcFlo no longer uses a custom inactivity timer.

Pricing And Subscriptions

Will ArcFlo have paid plans?

Yes. Current pricing and plan details are available on the official Plans page. ArcFlo's plan structure is built around Base, Arc, and Flo, with Arc as the connected optimisation layer.

What are Base, Arc, and Flo?

Base is the core creator workflow system. Arc adds connected insights, Arc Signals, bulk workflow tools, and Limited Flo optimisation. Flo is the future full creative AI layer for deeper generation and assistance.

Does Arc have a launch offer?

Yes. Arc monthly checkout includes a 7-day free trial and 50% off the first paid month during the launch offer. After that, Arc renews at £25/month unless cancelled.

Can I cancel during the free trial?
