ArcFlo privacy
Privacy Policy.
Last updated 24 May 2026. This policy explains how ArcFlo handles information for the public website, creator workspace, paid Arc features, Stripe billing, connected YouTube insights, and Limited Flo usage.
Who operates ArcFlo
ArcFlo is operated by the ArcFlo team. You can contact us through the Contact page. The Contact page also shows the support email as a fallback.
Information ArcFlo collects
ArcFlo collects information needed to run the public website and creator workspace. This may include account data, profile details, avatar images, content cards, categories, schedules, thumbnail uploads, selected platforms, connected platform data, billing status information, Limited Flo context and usage information, contact form submissions, and support messages you send to us.
Account and profile data
Account data can include your email address, authentication state, display name, avatar URL, plan/status fields, access state, Stripe customer or subscription references where applicable, and basic account timestamps used to keep your workspace connected.
Workspace content
Workspace data can include card titles, angles, descriptions, notes, workflow stages, selected platforms, category assignments, platform-specific schedule rows, thumbnail prompts, uploaded thumbnail files, imported or linked published content, and local synced analytics context where supported.
Payment and billing information
If you choose a paid plan, payments, checkout, subscription management, invoices, and cancellation flows are handled by Stripe. ArcFlo may receive and store limited billing-related information from Stripe, such as your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, subscription status, billing period information, and cancel-at-period-end status. ArcFlo does not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or full payment method details. Stripe processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Stripe billing events
Stripe may send ArcFlo billing events, such as checkout completion, subscription updates, failed payments, or cancellations, so that ArcFlo can update your plan access and billing status.
YouTube and Google API data
If you connect YouTube, ArcFlo may access the YouTube data you authorise, such as channel identity, video metadata, thumbnails, publish dates, playlists, synced content, and analytics or performance metrics where supported. ArcFlo uses this data to provide connected insights, Linked Analytics, content import or linking, Arc Signals, Calendar planning guidance, and performance-aware workflow features.
Disconnecting YouTube
You can disconnect YouTube from ArcFlo. Disconnecting removes local synced YouTube analytics and linkage data according to ArcFlo's disconnect behaviour. ArcFlo does not delete your YouTube videos. ArcFlo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Limited Flo and AI usage information
ArcFlo may process AI usage information, such as Limited Flo actions, status, model metadata where available, available card context, Arc Signals, linked analytics, category and format patterns, upload history, and safe usage logs used for reliability, abuse prevention, and usage limits. Limited Flo is intended to help improve existing card fields. Full Flo creation tools are planned later unless clearly shown as available in the product.
Support messages
If you contact ArcFlo, we may receive your name, email address, reason for contacting us, subject, message content, and any related account details you choose to provide so we can respond and investigate issues.
Technical and security data
ArcFlo, Supabase, and Cloudflare may process technical information such as device/browser details, IP address, request logs, error logs, authentication events, and security signals to host, protect, debug, and improve the service.
Why the data is used
Information is used to authenticate users, load accounts, save workspace changes, display profile details, store uploads, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability. Connected YouTube data is used to provide synced insights, Linked Analytics, content import or linking, and performance-aware workflow features. Stripe billing information is used to manage plan access and subscription status.
Lawful basis in general terms
Depending on where you live, ArcFlo may rely on your request to use the service, our legitimate interest in running and securing the product, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where consent is required.
How information is shared
ArcFlo uses Supabase for authentication, database, profile, workspace, and storage services. ArcFlo uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security. We may share information with service providers that help operate ArcFlo, such as hosting, authentication, database/storage, payment processing, support, analytics/error monitoring, and connected platform services you choose to authorise. For payments and subscription management, Stripe processes payment and billing information. We do not sell your personal data.
Current integrations and planned features
ArcFlo includes connected YouTube insights and Edit Card Limited Flo optimisation. Paid plan management uses ArcFlo account and Stripe billing flows. TikTok and Instagram are currently supported for manual planning and scheduling. Full Flo generation, TikTok or Instagram connected analytics, and direct upload or publishing workflows are planned later.
How long data is kept
Workspace and account data is generally kept while your account remains active or while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve support requests, or meet legal and operational requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile details from Account, manage or cancel a subscription through the account billing flow and Stripe portal where available, disconnect YouTube where supported, edit or delete content where supported, log out when finished, and use the Contact page to ask about access, correction, deletion, privacy, or account-related requests. Rights may vary depending on your location.
Deletion requests
To request account or workspace deletion, use the Contact page. The Contact page also shows the support email as a fallback. We may need to verify the request before taking action.
Children and minors
ArcFlo is intended for creator workflow use and is not directed at children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information without appropriate permission, use the Contact page.
International processing
ArcFlo and its providers may process information in different countries from where you live. We use established service providers to host and protect the product.
Cookies, local storage, and sessions
ArcFlo may use cookies, local storage, and similar session technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, app functionality, and checkout or account redirects. We do not use this wording to claim any analytics cookie setup that is not active in the product.
Security
ArcFlo uses hosted authentication, protected routes, access controls, and provider security features to help protect workspace data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
