ArcFlo terms
Terms of Service.
Last updated 30 September 2026. These terms cover the public website and resources, together with approved private testing while ArcFlo is in development.
What ArcFlo is
The ArcFlo website and creator Resources are public. The creative workspace remains in private testing ahead of its first general release. The website does not currently offer general product signup or a public subscription.
Using the website and resources
You may read and use ArcFlo's public guides and downloadable worksheets for your own creative planning. You remain responsible for how you apply that information and for checking that it fits your situation.
Private testing
Access to the private product is limited to approved testers. If you have private access, keep your sign-in details secure and do not try to enter another person's workspace. Private access and features may change as ArcFlo develops.
Acceptable use
Do not use ArcFlo to store, upload, or organise unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or intentionally misleading material. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use another person's account.
Your content
Your original creator content remains yours, subject to the rights and permissions you already have. If you are a private tester, only upload or save material you have the right to use, including thumbnails and other images.
Current and planned features
Private testing may include Cards, Library, Workflow, Calendar, manual planning for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, connected YouTube context where authorised, and Limited Flo suggestions in Edit Card. Deeper Flo assistance and additional integrations are planned rather than currently promised.
Connected platforms
An approved tester may choose to connect a supported third-party platform such as YouTube. ArcFlo may then sync supported information within the access authorised by that tester. ArcFlo does not directly upload, edit, publish, or delete a tester's YouTube videos. Third-party availability and rules can change.
AI-assisted suggestions
Limited Flo suggestions may be imperfect. The creator remains responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to apply them. ArcFlo does not guarantee improved accuracy, reach, or performance from a suggestion.
Public pricing and future purchases
No public pricing, trial, or checkout offer is made on this website while the workspace is in private testing. If ArcFlo offers paid access later, the applicable price and commercial terms will be presented before any purchase.
No performance guarantee
ArcFlo does not guarantee platform growth, views, subscribers, revenue, reach, engagement, or any other creative outcome. 'Create with confidence' describes the support ArcFlo aims to provide, not a guaranteed result.
Intellectual property
ArcFlo's branding, interface, code, website content, and resources belong to ArcFlo or its licensors. This does not transfer ownership of a creator's original content to ArcFlo.
Availability and access
ArcFlo is actively developed, so website content, private testing, features, integrations, and availability may change. ArcFlo may restrict private access where an account appears to violate these terms or poses a security risk.
Limits and external services
To the extent permitted by law, ArcFlo is not responsible for indirect losses, missed content opportunities, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
ArcFlo may update these terms as the product evolves. Material public access, connected-service, or commercial changes will be reflected here before those offerings become available.
