ArcFlo terms

Terms of Service.

Last updated 24 May 2026. These terms explain the basic rules for using the ArcFlo public website, creator workspace, paid Arc features, Stripe billing, and connected platform features.

What ArcFlo is

ArcFlo is a creator workflow product for capturing ideas, organising production, managing content cards, adding categories and thumbnails, and scheduling platform-specific content plans. ArcFlo includes the Base workflow, the Arc optimisation layer, connected YouTube insights where available, and Limited Flo inside Edit Card.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens in your workspace. Use an email address you control, keep your password private, and use the Contact page if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use ArcFlo to store, upload, or organise unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or intentionally misleading material. Do not try to disrupt ArcFlo, bypass security controls, or access another user's workspace.

Your content and workspace data

Your cards, titles, notes, categories, schedules, thumbnails, profile details, and other workspace information remain your responsibility. You should only upload or save material that you have the right to use.

Thumbnails and uploads

ArcFlo Base supports image uploads for profile avatars and content thumbnails. Uploaded files should be relevant to your workspace and should not include content that violates someone else's rights or privacy.

Plans, billing, and paid features

Some ArcFlo features are free, while others are available through paid plans. Current pricing and plan details are shown on the Plans page and during checkout. Arc is available with Arc and includes connected YouTube insights, Arc optimisation features, and Limited Flo inside Edit Card. Flo is planned as the full AI creative layer and is not fully available unless clearly shown as available in the product.

Stripe checkout and subscription renewal

Payments and subscription checkout are handled securely by Stripe. ArcFlo does not collect or store your full card details. Where a launch offer, trial, or discount is shown, the offer terms displayed on the Plans page and checkout screen apply. After any trial or promotional period, subscriptions renew at the standard plan price unless cancelled.

Refunds and cancellations

Arc subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from your ArcFlo account through Stripe's secure Customer Portal. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. After the free trial, your first paid month may be charged at the launch offer rate shown at checkout. After the offer, Arc renews at the standard monthly price unless cancelled. Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where ArcFlo chooses to make an exception. If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the current trial or billing period depending on your subscription status. Any approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Refund timing depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights you may have as a consumer.

Connected platforms

ArcFlo may allow you to connect third-party platforms, including YouTube. When you connect a platform, ArcFlo may use the access you authorise to sync supported account, content, and analytics information into your ArcFlo workspace. You can disconnect supported platforms from ArcFlo. Disconnecting removes local synced platform data according to ArcFlo's disconnect behaviour, but it does not delete videos or content from the third-party platform itself.

Third-party platform limits

Third-party platforms have their own terms, policies, API rules, and availability. ArcFlo is not responsible for third-party platform outages, API limitations, policy changes, or data availability. TikTok and Instagram are currently supported for manual planning and scheduling. Connected analytics for those platforms are planned for later updates where API access allows.

AI-assisted features

ArcFlo may include AI-assisted features, such as Limited Flo inside Edit Card. These features are intended to help improve existing card fields such as titles, descriptions, thumbnail prompts, and angles. Limited Flo may use available card context, Arc Signals, linked analytics, category and format patterns, and upload history where available. AI suggestions may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to apply any suggestions. ArcFlo does not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve performance, accuracy, or outcomes.

No performance guarantee

ArcFlo helps you organise and schedule your creator workflow, but it does not guarantee platform growth, views, subscribers, revenue, reach, engagement, or performance outcomes.

Intellectual property

ArcFlo's product design, branding, interface, code, and website content belong to ArcFlo or its licensors. Your own creator content remains yours, subject to the rights and permissions you already have.

Service availability

ArcFlo is actively developed. We aim to keep the service reliable, but features, integrations, availability, and access may change as the product evolves.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or restrict access if an account appears to violate these terms, creates risk for ArcFlo or other users, or is used in a way that could harm the service.

Limitation of liability

ArcFlo is provided as a workflow tool. To the extent permitted by law, ArcFlo is not responsible for indirect losses, platform performance, lost content opportunities, lost revenue, or issues caused by third-party services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ArcFlo changes. Material changes should be reflected on this page, especially before additional connected analytics, full Flo creation, or direct upload workflows become active.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page. The Contact page also shows the support email as a fallback.
