Review checklist
Post-Publish Review Checklist
A short post-publish checklist helps you capture the lesson before the next idea takes over. This is designed to be short enough to use while reviewing.
Check the promise
Start with the basics: did the video deliver what the title and thumbnail suggested?
- Was the title accurate?
- Was the thumbnail direction clear?
- Would you package the same idea differently next time?
Check audience response
Look at comments, questions, saves, likes, or other available response signals.
- What did viewers notice?
- What did they ask for?
- Was there confusion to fix next time?
Check performance context
Use available performance data carefully, especially when sample size is small.
- Compare similar videos.
- Note confidence level.
- Avoid turning one upload into a rule.
Write the next action
A review is only useful if it changes the next planning decision.
- Repeat something.
- Change something.
- Stop something.
- Test a follow-up idea.
Common mistakes
Reviewing only the number of views.
Skipping the packaging check.
Not writing a next action.
Where ArcFlo helps
Keep the lesson attached to the work.
ArcFlo helps post-publish review stay close to the original card: what you planned, what you published, what happened, and what the next action should be.
Where available, connected YouTube insight and Linked Analytics can support the review, but one upload should not become a universal rule.
